I didn’t think it was possible for my family and I to find a senior’s for living community that we would call a second home for my mom. By the grace of God we did at the Birches. I’m grateful to the marketing director for her willingness and patience to help me through this process and to the community support staff and management for all that they do when I see the smiles on my mother’s face. Thank You all and God Bless you for your kindness and love that you share with my mom.
From my 1st meeting with [names removed] and several others I felt an immediate positive response that The Birches would be the perfect setting for my beloved brother, [name removed]. My instincts were 100% on spot as the 5 short weeks he lived there, The Birches delivered magnificently. All employees were warm, welcoming and respectful from the top administrators to those who served his food, delivered his medicine , activities, those who visited him and cleaned his room. He was treated with top quality care and compassion each and every day. Even in his passing, the care and compassion all showed to me remained A++++. Thank you so very much to all at The Birches of Lehigh Valley.
The Birches of Lehigh Valley is truly a wonderful place! The facility is clean, welcoming, and full of life. The staff goes above and beyond every day. A special thank you to Amanda Brown, the med tech, for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She treats every resident with respect and compassion. We feel at peace knowing our loved one is in such good hands. She even helped us with my dad’s tv that haven’t been working for days, we asked her yesterday and she got it to work with no problem, Great thank you to her and the rest of the staff at the birches!!!

My FIL is very happy at The Birches. It’s clean, the staff is great- very accommodating and attentive, he loves the food options and the many entertainment options. Couldn’t ask for more.

My aunt is a resident at the birches and both Chanel and Amanda are amazing care givers! They are very compassionate, caring and supportive. Always there to listen, and when we need something done they are the first to get the job done.
I have been touring several communities for a loved one and I must say this one is by far the best I’ve seen. It is beautiful and clean. The marketing director I met with was the most professional I have dealt with.
As a health care provider, I have attempted to contact this facility multiple times about the same patient. I have called multiple different numbers to no avail. I am not sure what it is like for residents on a day-to-day basis, but as far as health care is concerned, there is no reason why we cannot get in touch with someone to discuss patient care. This is unacceptable on every single level. Would strongly not recommend sending a loved one with any complex health issues to this facility. Edit to add I was contacted by the regional director and he put all my worries aside. As a medical professional this is something that you want to see. Schedule a tour see the new administration and see what you can provide for your family members
